The SurfWheel is an amazing electrical skateboard, that surfs on land. It is nice and smooth, it is not like a Hoverboard that takes valances, it is like surfing on land. It is very hight quality my daughter and husband love it so much, It is very easy and safe to learn unlike a hoverboard. Nice LED lights.

Fun experience, awesome company, and one of the coolest most affordable futuristic boards you can get. Something else to note, is how safe this is compared to other boards. There are risks with any of these, but this one has been the safest to ride out of all the hover-boards and other motorized boards I have used. Good work Surfwheel!!!

Ever since riding the surfwheels with friends, it’s been a very fun experience. It is challenging to learn at first, but after you get the hang of it, it feels like you’re surfing on land. I love the lights at night time too.

Got the surfwheel SU and loved every minute of usage! Still use it to this day! Friends and Family love having ago, so much better than a Segway!

Love my SurfWheel! Super easy to set up and use with the app. I feel safe riding it and I picked up howto ride quickly. Love this thing and I highly recommended it!

Our family loves anything you can plug in and play with or ride. We love hover boards, electric scooters, and now our surfwheel! There was definitely a learning curve, our 10 year old actually picked it up the fastest. She is the most athletically inclined of all of us. Be forewarned, the clearance is not as large as other one wheel boards, so make sure that you can clear the curb, or other obstacles, and do not lean too far forward or back. This is a great mode of transportation, and is light enough to tote around. The battery lasts about an hour or so, but charges pretty quickly. The surfwheel is fun, sleek and sturdy. I highly recommend it! Tons of fun once you learn how to balance correctly, which really doesn't take as much time as I originally thought...about 30 minutes on average based on the experiences of the people in my family. Fun for all of us from 10 years old to 52!

I got this for my 12 year old son and he loves it! This thing will move! The learning curve was there for him but he has a skateboard and a hoverboard so it wasn't hateful. He loves that the charge on this one will last for a couple of hours and he says that it's very fun and easy to ride without concentrating too hard. He's been on it every day and it's showing no signs of working any differently. Cool ride.

This thing is so much fun. I also have a OneWheel and although that has a bigger wheel for rougher terrain, this is the perfect board for city or flat riding at a fraction of the cost. I especially like the carrying handle and lightweight compared to my OneWheel. In a very short time, I am already able to spin around on it. It could be kind of difficult to ride for those who aren’t used to it, but having ridden a OneWheel for years, it was super easy to learn to cruise around on. I am having the best time with it. It’s not cheap and isn’t meant to be a child’s toy, but definitely a fun “toy” for an active adult. I highly recommend this thing for anyone who doesn't want to pay the $1700 for a OneWheel. The only difficult thing about it is that the size of the wheel keeps the board very close to the ground which can be problematic if you lean too far forward or backward, so it just takes a little practice

This skateboard is really fun to use. I went to an empty tennis court this weekend and really got the hang of it. It takes a little bit of practice, and I highly recommend finding a smooth surface to learn on. That is why the tennis courts were so great. The skateboard connects to the app seamlessly. It is pretty cool that the app tells you how fast you are going. It also makes it really easy to turn the headlights on and off. This skateboard is definitely more recreational than it is for transportation. There is a steep learning curve, it is hard to turn, and it gets stuck on bumpy roads. That said, it is super fun to ride around and slowly start to master. The board is quite heavy but the handles make it super easy to cary around. The surface has a lot of grip so there is no concern about slipping off.

Love this product! It takes a little practice at first, but once you get the hang of it you will love it! It allows you to go on a multitude of different surfaces, which makes transitioning from a rough surface easy!

I do have some experience using a skateboard but I did use the training wheels for a few days to get comfortable with the device. With that being said... this is a fun ride! Now it's not meant to e used on the grass or dirt. Only flat and smooth surfaces. It is a bit heavy and I didn't like the weight at first but it makes turns feel more reliable and a more sturdy electric skateboard. Everything is controlled Via Bluetooth and works with ease, and super easy to navigate. You can control the lighting, check the battery level everything. The battery does get about an hours use before needing charged. Which is fine, I'm usually done after about 30-45 min of use. The battery charges rather fast. A very sleek look, but that lighting bar it's super nice. And for night rides you are very easily spotted! I usually surf around my neighborhood, as it has miles of sidewalk. Oh and the app can also tell your speeds to! And it does go every bit as fast as expected. Very fun. I'm so impressed with the Surfts of fun, even for my self as an adult. I don't really think it's meant for small children but for teenagers and up. Also it would be ideal if you live in a city it's certainly gonna get you to where you need to be. It's very well made and high quality materials. It's solid and built to last. I'm really impressed and I would highly recommend.

I got my surfwheel su electric skateboard a little over a week ago and it is a blast. My kids caught on real quick which they already know how to use a Hover board which they said helps. A lot of fun and you can take it off road. Great product very happy

The Surfwheel is so much fun, although it takes a little while to get the hang of it once you start feeling comfortable on it, it is great! I watched a video on it before using and just started playing around on it to get used to it. It charges in a little over an hour and has a pretty good battery life. Another thing I really like about it is that it has LED under lighting so if I am out on it in the evening it is easier to see, or if I decide to carry it, it has a cutout for easy carrying. Smooth, fun ride, I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an Electric Skateboard or a fun toy for a teenager or adult.

This Surfwheel SU Electric Skateboard is so much fun. It is the perfect electric skateboard board for city and suburban cruising around the neighborhood. I really like the carrying handle and it is fairly lightweight to carry it around. It didn't take me long to get used to it and to be able to cruise around on it. You just need to have good balance and when you are used to skiing/snowboarding or skateboarding then you will be able to ride this electric skateboard in no time. There are even online training videos so you know how to be safe and what to do and not to do. The materials of this skateboard are of high quality and the skateboard is easy to set up. It comes in great quality packaging with an easy to follow user manual and explanation about how to use the Surf-Wheel app. This app allows you to monitor speed, battery, lights, learning mode and to update the software. You just charge the skateboard with the charging adapter that also comes in the packaging. After that you are off to go and try it outThe Surfwheel rides smoothly and the convenient size makes it easy to carry it with you or take it along with you to a park. It is so much fun. Even my son learned very quickly how to ride it and loves to cruise around the neighborhood on the sidewalks. The battery lasts for about an hour and it recharges pretty quickly. This is a great fun and sturdy electric skateboard. Highly recommend it!

I recently purchased the Surfwheel SU Electric Skateboard for my son and it's been a heck of a ride to say the least. At first it was a little difficult for me or him to get use to it but after a couple of hours of trying it got easier for sure. It's been clear sailing from that point on, which I think it typical. It's not something you're going to be amazing at from the start. What is cool is people ask him...what is that and the want to try it, so definitely getting marketed out there to other kids haha.

This electric skateboard is awesome! It's been very easy to get the hang of, and I feel safe enough to let my 7 and 8 year olds try it, too. It a lot of fun to take around the neighborhood and is built substaintially enough to hold my 220 lb. frame. You can tell how well it's built by its weight. It's heavy, but not too heavy to carry. I highly recommend.
Simoriah
There's definitely a learning curve to take into account, but better safe than sorry! I am now officially the envy of my neighborhood. It goes 12 mph at top speed, and the lights are so cool. Good battery life. Can't wait for summer to take it to the local skate park and show it off!
Pizzo
Great electric board! Heavy, but Really sturdy build. Good design minus a couple minor things. Takes a little getting used to, but once you do it a super fun ride on a smooth surface.

To be honest, I'm not totally sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't this - and that's good! In my mind I was picturing more of a skateboard style, in other words a more light weight, less durable option. However so far this seems to be pretty heavy duty. I like that it has the handle to be able to carry it but I wouldn't advocate doing that for very far as it is heavy! I stood on the board just to see what the balance would be like and it does require some stability and core strength. But I practice yoga so perhaps that's why it wasn't as difficult as I anticipated it might be. My husband and I anticipated sharing this as a fun option to use while our daughter is riding her new bike. But I was very surprised by the 175 pound weight limit as he is a bit over that. Given that this isn't intended for children, I would think it'd have a slightly higher limit. Either way, I'd recommend this item, but know there is a likely to be a learning curve regardless of fitness level so definitely start or empty parking lot for some practice first.

Oh my gosh we have had so much fun playing on this Surfwheel. We literally have the neighborhood kids at our house! It's really easy to use and get the hang of. Charging it out of the box is a must but it charges really quickly. You have to download the app and update the firmware out of the box also. I like the app because it tells you how fast you are going, it controls the lights and you can turn on and off learner mode. We haven't taken it off learner mode yet but I know my son is ready (the hubby just isn't ready yet). It's easy to get started, power it on, step on it and get your balance and you are on your way. This would make a great gift for any child, teen or adult even! I've attached some video but again, this is still in learner mode.

This skateboard was easy to charge and get started with. The tutorials are helpful and very easy to access. The thing I didn't like, however, was that the voice prompts are SUPER difficult to hear. It's very unclear and jumbled.

I'm a mom of 2 boys and so far I've been having too much fun riding this to let my kids take a turn! I have never surfed before so I can't say if this feels like surfing but i don't care because it's a blast. First off, the box is really cool with how it opens. I was very surprised by the weight of the surf wheel when I took it out of the box. Second, you need to download the app to change any settings. It starts in beginner mode so once you have it mastered you can hop on the app and adjust the settings. The app is really simple to navigate through. Third, learning how to ride was an adjustment. I had to get acclimated to just stay balanced and then understand how shifting my body weight moves the surf wheel. I would suggest watching some YouTube videos to help. My basement is unfinished so I was able to test the waters there before taking to the sidewalk. Luckily we have had a break in the Cleveland weather so I could test this surfwheel outside. Being outside took a little adjustment since the sie not as smooth as my basement but it worked great after a few minutes. This is a lot of fun as an adult and my kids are itching to try it out. I especially like the grip on the top of the surfwheel which really helps keep your feet planted. I think this is worth it with how much use/playtime I have already had with it.

My whole family tried this and we all shared it is a lot of fun. The SurfWheel was easy to take out of the package and prepare to use. Charging was quick and the app works great. The reason I give 4 stars is that there is room for improvement in the tutorials that are recommended for safety. The three training videos also end mid-instructions so we didnt get a full explanation of how to use properly. Overall, it was still really fun, cool.

We got this yesterday and could not wait to try it out!! We live in a coastal city and the whole family loves to surf so we thought this was a great idea. It is so fun!!! It is really user friendly and has a learning mode and an app to tell you how fast you are going, etc. The kids and I have had a ball learning how to use it. It is important to know that the weight limit is 175lbs so my husband cannot ride it. The materials are so sturdy. You can tell this toy will stand the test of time after time of jumping off, flipping off, and just plain scraping it and wiping out a bit.

Pretty cool option for all ages. Tough to learn but not impossible.

Update: The only issue I've noticed over the past week of using it is that the size of the wheel keeps the board very close to the ground which can be problematic if you lean too far forward or backward.

Just got my surfwheel and it’s just as awesome as I thought it would be. The packaging was more than drop-proof, and everything was packaged in the box nicely.
It weighs more than I thought it would for some reason, but I love it. The weight makes leaning into a turn feel a bit more reliable. That combined with the step pad for your back foot makes learning to ride way easier. It took me about an hour of on and off practice (I’ve never riden an electric board before) to get the hang of it, but after that it was a breeze. Curving in and out of the turns is nerve-wracking at first, but it becomes really fun after a while.
The Surfwheel itself is super sleek, but the weight makes it very sturdy. I think this design was intended to make it easier on the commuter, and it definitely does. Grabbing the board off the charger in the morning and head straight to the train is no sweat for me - it actually cuts my daily commute in half.
All in all, I would highly recommend the Surfwheel to anyone who’s interested in electric skateboards or anything similar. It seems well-built, is simple to learn, and extremely cost-effective compared to some of its competitors. Eventually these will cost more, don’t miss out.

As someone who enjoys wakeboarding, surfing and snowboarding I was excited to get my SurfWheel. It’s a little smaller than I expected so not for a tall or large person (maximum weight of 80kg) but the smaller size does make it easier to carry and transport. It is going to be a fantastic way to spend the next few months bonding and hanging out with my teenage godson. We are looking forward to spending time learning to “surf on land” together. To start with I may invest in training wheels but with a little practice will be off that carpet and cruising around the neighborhood.

Since living in Los Angeles, I have been fortunate enough to live about a mile from my office. Because of the close distance, I chose to explore other modes of transportation other than driving. Initially, I tried making the trek via Bird or Lime, but found those services to add up in costs. Alternatively, I looked into purchasing my own electric scooter, but found that the good ones can be well above $700.
I came across the Surf Wheel and IMMEDIATELY fell in love. The price is very affordable for the quality of product you are receiving. Not only is the board itself a reasonable and safe weight, the ease of assembling and quick learning makes the experience even better. The Surf-Wheel app allows you to monitor speed, battery and update the software. Additionally, Surf-Wheel offers very easy tutorials to help you learn how to ride it very quickly.
I would recommend this board to anybody regardless of their experience surfing or skateboarding. The smooth speed and convenient size allows me to carry it anywhere from work, to a friends house, or simply to shop or cruise around my neighborhood. I have gone on a few rides so far and can not express how fun and efficient the board is.

I have never been good at skateboarding, skiing, snowboarding or basically anything that takes my feet off the ground. But this looked like it was worth a shot for some fun and I was right. This is such a cool concept to use technology to help build a better board. I had a lot of fun on this and it was super easy to learn. I plan on sharing with friends over time and building an electric skate army!

Definitely hard to learn. But awesome ride!

I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He loves to surf so when we are not on vacation I wanted him to have something to use. He loves it. It only took a few minutes to get used to and he was up and going. Even my two teenage boys 17 and 14 also love it. I had an issue before I received it. Contacted customer service. I received a prompt reply. They were very helpful. This is a great product. Highly Recommend.

This thing is so fun. I was looking for a hoverboard or one wheel type board and we found this. The reviews looked good so we bought it. It has been a huge hit in our household. My daughters and I fight over who gets to use it :). It took a little bit of time to get used to and feel comfortable but once we did - riding it has been so fun. My kids have asked for a week straight now to ride it as soon as they get home from school. The neighbor kids are all loving it as well. Great product and we are happy customers. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
Mango
My 6 year old loves this it is a blend between a hoverboard and a skateboard. We have been cruising the neighborhood every day.
Nicolas Parr
light learning curve but I got the hang of it with the helpful learning mode. Very zippy and works well. Recommended that you know how to ride a skateboard before you try this guy out, my dad fell pretty hard on his first go.
Hot Doggy Dog
This thing was surprisingly robust. At 1/4 of the price of a OneWheel it’s a great intermediary and will get your around the town. Definitely takes some getting used to in order to turn especially but once you get the hang of it...works out nicely.

My son, 11 years old and I (44 years old) are both enjoying the surfwheel. Initially it was frustrating, but soon became more intuitive. Once you get a feel of it, it is very fast.
Easy steps to learn:
1. Step on the board (the circle can be either direction)
2. Step on the circle, activates the board and self leveling
3. Keep front knee straight and just slightly lean in forward direction
4. Work on going straight initially, learning to balance and how to pick up speed
5. Turning will come naturally
**will take a few sessions to get more and more comfortable.

I bought this for my son for xmas. My son in law had a more expensive one and my son loved it. As it turned out I bought this one at a much cheaper price on Black Friday. I feel it was a great deal.
